Ahem
Posting will resume shortly.
Quit post today, with a polite 'up yours' resignation letter.
One job remains, a trip up to Oxford to tell the head of school that he is a twat and can go fuck himself. Officially. Decorum will be maintained while this is conducted.
Life is nice. And it looks like it actually might get better.
For now. Ooo'er!
Touching wood. Lots of it.
Crappiest 7 months of life- RIP.
Okay, more wood. More more more. Wood wood wood.
Hello world:-)

Nikita, N: thanks. experience good for me (though a bad one in itself), all things considered. does feel like a long time. strength not required at all:D, as am returning to happy hunting grounds. and the tantalizing prospect of journeys to some completely new parts of india as part of the job. and a 1 yr career break to just hang around with the lady. and a boss who's coolness itself.
even better! good for you then:)
Oh, moving to India sounds good! Hope you like it enough to stay on. :)
Happy homecoming.

P.S.
A new job, as well as a one year career break..??
Good luck, you. *knocks on wood as well*
N, not moving to India, gonna travel back and forth. A lot. Career break will be there, though. But the prospect of eventual return is finally tangible.
Megha: And good luck to you too. What doesn't kill you makes you stronger, hey. No cliche, that one. And a bit nicer generally (not that you aren't nice, to the contrary, probably a bit too nice, if anything).
That's wonderful! Who knows, the eventual return might even start taking a clearer shape. :)
All the best to you. Hope things work out just perfectly!
~N.
